Hex-mesh is a unique hexagonal cellular mesh grating which is specially designed for reinforcing both linings and flooring. It performs as a reinforcing surface framework, holding cement or refractory in position, and thus reduces stress in the lining’s upper crust, which successfully prevents spalling and cracking.
Moreover, thanks to its tremendous strength and peculiar design, hex-mesh is able to resist abrasion and corrosion, and thus extend the refractory life significantly. Even when hot gaseous substances come into contact with the refractory, the hex-mesh grids deflect them away from the surface, making the refractory highly durable.

HexMesh can be supplied in either a flat or cut-to-size design.
